Imagine you’ve just won the lottery and
you are planning a 7 day trip to Mexico for the first week in March! The first 5 days are going to be spent in and
around the capital, el D.F. and the last 2 days are free for you to decide where you want to go. The project is going to be prepared and
presented to your classmates
Here are the requirements:
____ Do all but actually book flights. Screenshot your chosen transportation option. (Use Orbitz, Travelocity, Yahoo Travel, Expedia, Kayak, etc.. pick a 7 day date range in early March)
____ Research and choose about 5-7 places that you would like to visit WITHIN Mexico City, and pick where you would like
to go during your last two days in Mexico. You are going to “visit” them on Google Maps. Screenshot about 2-3 photos of each place
you’ll “visit”.
____ Once you have taken your photos, you
are going to insert the photos into slides on Google Slides, Power Point, Prezi or Explain Everything. You should have an introduction slide, about 7 content slides, and a slide to conclude. Each slide should have 2-3 photos.
____After your pictures are inserted you will insert your text. Your 7 content slides must state each DAY that you will be there. You will write WHERE you are going to go, HOW you’re going to get there, and WHAT you are going to see or do while there. Remember, 5 days are in the capital and 2 days are your choice anywhere in México.
***There should be very little need to look words up during this project because the assignment was designed
around what we’ve been learning. DO NOT use a web translation site to form your sentences, underline any words that you
had to look up.***
