Today in ELA... (Our class met for 20 minutes due to mass.)
1. We discussed the important points in the summaries written for Chapter 3 pp. 37-47. The summaries were collected. Please turn in your summary if you are absent today.
2. We discussed Cherry's opinion of the Greasers, the difference between the Greasers and the Socs (acc to Cherry), and Ponyboy's relationship with Darry.
3. We will continue discussing Chapter 3 and listen to / read the end of Chapter 3 on Thursday.
HOMEWORK-
REMINDER: our class next meets on Thursday, 5/1, due to Springfield trip on Wednesday, 4/30.
Respond to questions #2, 3, 4, 7 from the Chapters 1-3 questions on a separate sheet of paper.
(We will work on the other questions on Thursday in class.)
